Inter-state property management companies are buying and hoarding residential property making it near impossible for working families to afford housing, while driving up the cost of single family homes. I will propose Federal Inter-State Property Taxes on companies who own property in a state other than their own. I will also propose that federal income taxes be adjusted to provide tax incentives for landlords who charge below market value for their property, and increasing tax burdens for those who charge above market value. Discouraging arbitrary price gouging.
